What is my tracking number?

All shipping is untracked unless otherwise requested, in order to keep costs low as possible. Arrival times for your order will depend on where you live, with all items shipped via Royal Mail. 

How long does it take to ship?

As it's just me, and I also work a 9-5, it can take anything from 1-5 working days to get your items in the post. Currently, I typically post items on Wednesday's, Friday's and sometimes Monday/Saturday. 

COVID, VAT, Brexit and customs fees

As of the 1st July 2021, new VAT rules were bought into effect between the UK and the EU. All items going overseas need a customs form, and there will likely be VAT or customs charges for you that are not collected by this site. I am not responsible for all or any fees incurred at customs. If you want to ensure that VAT is collected before shipping, please order through my Etsy page. 

Unfortunately, COVID-19 is still a thing, and is still causing delays. If your country has been recently closed for Covid-19, your parcel is likely to be significantly delayed in customs and I won't be able to check where the item is or where it got held up. Please bear this in mind when placing your order.

Germany - Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register) 

On January 1, 2019, Germany’s Packaging Act (VerpackG) came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers (including Etsy shops) selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).

Little Stars and Stories is registered with LUCID, which is the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR).

Producers/distributors pay a license fee to the dual system for the collection, sorting and recycling of the packaging they introduced to the market. My Dual System partner is Reclay Systems.

Please recycle my packaging where possible!
